Trio have built many of Jersey's prestigious buildings, from luxurious country houses and apartments to some of the best loved hotels in the island. We undertake projects with the same professionalism and integrity, from new builds to modest home extensions.

Methodology

Trio Construction is a long running local company, with experience in a variety of construction projects and scales. We have a strong Project Management background and operate to a ‘tailored’ PRINCE 2 methodology. At the end of 2011 we took over the staff from another well established local company, whose principle was retiring. This strengthened our workforce with a group of skilled people, many of whom had worked together for many years.

We have recently moved our management team into new offices in Mulcaster Street, this we hope will provide further opportunities and exciting prospects in the future.

As well as traditional construction (new builds, renovation, extensions, conversions and refurbishment), Trio can evaluate your property to see what energy savings can be made by incorporating renewable energy as well as making sure your home is insulated to sufficient energy rating.

Property Maintenance is covered by our small works team who can call upon other trades that have been included in out Supplier/Sub-Contractor database.
